Body-based trauma patterns can result in poor movement quality.

This can be as fundamental as inhibited breathing or as complex as a lifelong adaptation to early injury. In healing trauma, it is important to rebuild functional, pain free movement. This is the core of balance, confidence and expression. Functional movement screening combined with regained mobility and training for stability allow you to take your new found energy out into the world.
